Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Blue White Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Blue White Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except (list the states you don’t sell to). If Blue White Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Blue White Wines.

Shipping Costs

United Parcel Service (UPS) is Blue White Wines carrier of choice (common carrier). Ground shipping is provided by UPS Ground or another top carrier depending on your state. Wine club shipments will be charged a flat fee of $9.99 for each delivery. Purchases outside of the regular club shipment will be charged a flat $9.99 fee.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Blue White Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Wine Club Membership

To be a member and receive wine shipment you have to be over the age of 21.

If you would like to modify, put on hold or cancel a membership – you can. Please contact us view email at Support@BlueWhiteWines.com or log to your account management tool on our site.

We ship wine at the start of each month. To avoid return shipping cost, we require that you notify us on the 20th of the previous month so we can stop delivery on time.

If the shipment had already left our warehouse, you will be charge shipping cost. Please do not open the box. Just ship back as is.

Before every new shipment, we will send you an email notification explaining about the wines that we have selected the timing of the delivery and any special products that will be included. This notification will also serve as a reminder to cancel the shipment if needed before we charge your account and ship the order.

Regular wine purchases out side of the wine club will be sent immediately after confirming the order and verification of payment.

Password and Security

Please keep your log-in information secure. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and activity in your account.

Or team does its best to select the finest wines available to our members and site. Yet wine, as with most other things, is a matter of personal taste. Our taster’s reviews and tasting notes are available to help you experience the wine and appreciate the complexity and background of the wine and winery. They are only recommendation and should not be taken as professional guidance.
