When will I get my first shipment? We will ship your first shipment as soon as we process your payment. Although this has a negative effect on our cost of handling inventory, we know you are full of anticipation to start tasting your wines – we will ship within one business day of your purchase.

Who chooses the wines for each club?We have selected a number of tasters that are passionate about wine and Israel and are constantly in touch with wineries to learn and taste their wines. We debate as a team and try to source the best wines each quarter just for you.

What if I like only red wines?Not a problem: we have the “All Red” club. This club will deliver to your doorstep six fantastic bottles of red wine only every quarter. Please note that we may include more than one bottle of the same wine in this club.

Will the wine not spoil at your warehouse?Our warehouse is temperature controlled specifically for wine storage. Our trucks are also temperature controlled and we will do our best not to ship during extreme weather in your area to avoid any possible damage.

Shipping

When will I get my first shipment? We will ship your first shipment as soon as we process your payment. Although this has a negative effect on our cost of handling inventory, we know you are full of anticipation to start tasting your wines – we will ship within one business day of your purchase.

Who do you use for shipping?We work only with top shippers including but not limited to UPS and FedEx. Based on your state, we will determine the most efficient currier.

Payments

When will you charge my credit card? First payment will be charged immediately when you make the purchase. Following that, you will be charged  once a quarter (on the last week of the quarter) right before we will ship you your next case.

How do I cancel my membership? Simple. Log on to your account. Go to the “Manage My Account” box and select the option to stop the membership. In order to prevent a charge on your credit card, please make any changes in your membership well before the end of the quarter – we need at least 10 days before the shipment.
